Brandy is a consummate health and well being professional with a unique focus on holistic well being. She is a graduate of the Healing Arts School of Massage in Raleigh, North Carolina and began her career in massage therapy after 15 years in the dental field. She opened A Moment of Peace Massage in October of 2011 and it quickly grew to include additional professionals.
Kathryn Lindberg has been a practicing massage therapist since 2011. She attended Miller-Motte in Cary for her training and has grown even more passionate about massage. When she first graduated she began as a massage therapist with an emphasis on deep therapeutic massage.
After 5 years of massage working as a deep tissue enthusiast, she took on the challenge of learning massage modalities that require a light touch. The ability to work as a deep tissue specialist and relaxation specialist offers more versatility.
Elizabeth graduated from Harrisburg Area Community College in Pennsylvania in 2010, and completed additional courses at Onandaga School of Therapeutic Massage in Rochester, New York in 2016. She has over 1,300 hours from two schools, which has given her a unique opportunity to learn from a variety of experienced professionals in the massage therapy field.
With the exception of Thai Foot Massage, she does not provide relaxation massage. It is not recommended to book with Elizabeth if you prefer a lighter touch. She prefers offering massage with a variety of modalities including deep tissue, myofascial therapeutic.
After a long career in construction and building structures, Neal decided to change things up and pursue a passion and interest he had for many years; something that he was passionate about and could help others. Through massage therapy, he is able to relieve clients of their muscle aches and pain. He has trained with the best of the best and feel very fortunate to have had the opportunities that he has had and is now able to use that knowledge to bring relief, joy, and relaxation to others.
Ganna moved from Syria, a country of war, to USA. It was a journey of transformation to find her way out with her husband and two kids to heal their wounds. She decided to study massage and chose an American & European Massage School in 2021. She began practicing as a student. She also started working immediately after graduation to reach as many clients as she could. She started to intuitively feel their areas of tension and pain; this is how she found out she gravitated towards Myofascial Release and Deep Tissue. Breath work and aromatherapy is a large component of her therapeutic approach.
